CRC Concrete Raising has received an increased number of calls and inquiries from home owners and property managers looking to reduce "trip and fall liability" concerns, areas of ponding due to poor slope or pitch, and/or owners seeking to bring existing concrete back to code and/or increasing the aesthetic appeal prior to a potential sale.  
     
As a result of the proprietary CRC process, the raised and/or stabilized concrete can sustain a person's bodyweight immediately, and (in the case of a residential driveway) the area can be driven on in a matter of hours.  Re-landscaping and landfill expenses common with concrete replacement are not incurred via the process of concrete raising.
