Candi B – I Cannot recommend CRC highly enough! From start to finish, they were so professional, so helpful, and so concerned! They came out more than one time to look at my driveway, which clearly needed to be graded away from my garage. But before giving me an invoice for the job, they suggested a number of things for me to try in order to avoid having to replace the concrete. Mark Pluer, the owner, came out himself to look at the problem and to measure and think about the best way to fix the driveway so that I didn’t have water in my garage. He was also the person that came out, with his crew, to actually do the work and make sure it was done correctly. At the time, I was having this done, I was having a problem with another vendor regarding my garage floor. Without being asked, Mark looked at my paperwork and saw that the garage floor itself had been incorrectly installed. He took it upon himself to call the other vendor and advocate for me resulting in my garage floor being replaced. He also came out the first morning that the garge floor people were there to show them what his concerns were. He did this at no financial benefit to himself or his company saying that he disliked when people were being taken advantage of. Now, with the driveway fixed, I am not getting any water in my garage and with the new floor I don’t have any holes in the floor! I would highly recommend using this company for any concrete work you might have. The person who runs the office, Patty, is kind and friendly and helpful. All around this has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had working with a contractor.
